OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION
FIRST KARNATAKA (R) is established in Karnataka, throughout Districts private unaided school are facing numerous problems / difficulties from the government education department in respect of fee fixation, RTE reimbursement, minimum strength for SSLC exams, RR of schools, medium of instruction, Online STS with this there is also unnecessary demands from the local education department.
We the fellow members of FIRST KARNATAKA here by request the higher authorities to come forward solve the above noted difficulties by arranging a conversation between you and us to bring more transparency in education department in Karnataka.
- Recently some BEO offices has been playing hide and seek in regarding t provide recognition and so RTE reimbursement for unaided schools in your region there is lot of harassment from BEO by demanding unrelated documents from schools
- As per the recent guidelines from the high court the officers should not issue unnecessary notices, circulars and SMS to schools without any specified reasons. The CRP and BEO are crossing their limitations of powers by questioning the HM as though the schools have done some criminal offence. It is not fair from the department to behave in such an un law full manner.
- Regarding RTE reimbursement the BEO are schools are promptly following the fee structure as fixed by government and providing approved by CA an audited reports. Even though submitting such reports some BEO do not consider it and create mess for granting RTE return payment, by making funny calculations.
- We assure you that we will put our best efforts to solve the day to day problems / difficulties facing by all the private managements of this region. We hope you will definitely support us and ordinate with
- The association would like to highlight nexus between school management and the office of Karnataka State education department. It will prevent the mal practices and save the Management from the clutches of Parent association and Government office.
- Organizing inter school competition in sports and culture and also other social activities activities among all the unaided school.
- Unity of the school management for the sake of justice.
- Making the management strong enough to prevent false allegations, FIR for silly reasons from the parents.
- Discussion on common problems faced by school management in general from either the Government department or the parents which will be solved at higher level.
- Safety guidelines issued to the school from home department, should be followed by conducting several meetings with commissioner of concerned police department and avoiding to prevent the third persons like media and others NGO's by taking laws in their hands and harassing the management. This association will sought out the issues and protect the school management and the staff.
- The legal counsel will be appointed in the short period
- The association will raise voice against unlawful norms stipulated by Government. Most of this norms are un reasonable which affects the growth and standard of the school.
- The above highlights will only be possible by becoming the official member of this association
- The income of the Association by whatsoever means shall be utilized for the objects of the Association and shall not be distributed among its members or anybody.
